The Future of HR – What comes after E-learning? 

Are you ready to explore the future of onboarding and competency development?

NOCA invites you to an exciting ideation event in collaboration with Virsabi, experts in virtual, augmented, mixed reality (VR/AR/MR), and spatial computing (Apple Vision Pro).  

Virsabi’s customers include companies such as Red Bull, DSB, Maersk, and Carlsberg. 

What can you expect? 

In addition to being one of NOCA’s highest-rated events — now with a new twist —you can expect: 

1. Hands-on with VR  

Try on the VR headsets and step into the virtual training universe. Experience firsthand how virtual training in, for example, conflict management (soft skills) and pallet packing (hard skills) feels alongside other curious participants. 

2. Inspiring best practice cases  

Hear about cases from various industries and training formats uses VR for competency development. 

3. Ideation workshop and knowledge sharing  

Explore the potential of these technologies in areas such as onboarding and competency development, and share your new ideas and perspectives within the group, inspiring each other.

Michael Harboe, CEO og Strategic Advisor, Virsabi ApS  Siden 2016 har Michael været en visionær pionér inden for XR-teknologier og været med til at skubbe grænser for nationale og internationale virksomheder og organisationer i deres arbejde med udviklings-, trænings- og onboarding-processer.   Med sin rolle som rådgiver og ekspert i digital transformation er han dedikeret til at udforske og udfordre potentialet i digitale værktøjer og teknologier med et holistisk perspektiv, der prioriterer både økonomisk effektivitet og bæredygtighed.  Michael er ofte Key Note speaker på events på tværs af brancher, hvor innovation og fremtidens teknologier er i fokus.

Since 2016, Michael has been a visionary pioneer in XR technologies, helping push the boundaries for national and international companies and organizations in their work with development, training, and onboarding processes.  

In his role as an advisor and expert in digital transformation, he is dedicated to exploring and challenging the potential of digital tools and technologies with a holistic perspective that prioritizes both economic efficiency and sustainability.  

Michael is often a keynote speaker at events across industries, focusing on innovation and future technologies.

Nadja Jul Dahl, Strategic Advisor, Virsabi ApS  Nadja har ekspertise i at skabe forbindelse mellem engagerende XR-oplevelser og målbare forretningsresultater ved at skabe effektiv læring og kompetenceudvikling via innovation.   Nadja leder projekter, workshops og inspirerende idésessioner for førende og globale virksomheder og organisationer, der ønsker at tage skridtet ind i fremtidens HR-landskab for at opnå mærkbar forretningsværdi.  Hun har et skarpt øje for at identificere, hvordan XR-teknologier kan tilpasses og optimeres for at opnå specifikke lærings- og udviklingsmål.

Nadja Jul Dahl, Strategic Advisor, Virsabi ApS

Nadja has expertise in connecting engaging XR experiences with measurable business results by creating effective learning and competency development through innovation.  

She leads projects, workshops, and inspiring idea sessions for leading global companies and organizations that want to step into the future of HR to achieve tangible business value.  

Nadja has a keen eye for identifying how XR technologies can be adapted and optimized to achieve specific learning and development goals. 

Andreas Arentoft, Senior Network Advisor, NOCA   I sin rolle som Senior Network Advisor i NOCA fokuserer Andreas på at skabe transformative oplevelser og forbindelser blandt medlemmerne.  Hans passion er at bygge broer mellem forskellige perspektiver for at udvikle HR, fremtidens arbejde og vores samfund.  Som HR-professionel har Andreas arbejdet med en bred vifte af HR-områder, herunder rekruttering, strategisk HR og ledelsesudvikling, primært inden for den offentlige sektor. Han er cand.scient.pol. fra Københavns Universitet.

Andreas Arentoft, Senior Network Advisor, NOCA

In his role as Senior Network Advisor at NOCA, Andreas focuses on creating transformative experiences and connections among members.  

His passion is building bridges between different perspectives to develop HR, the future of work, and our society.  

As an HR professional, Andreas has worked in a wide range of HR areas, including recruitment, strategic HR, and leadership development, primarily within the public sector. He holds a Master’s degree in Political Science from the University of Copenhagen.

In order to give the most members the opportunity to participate in the event and to protect ourselves against food waste, we need to know if you are participating, otherwise we can give your place to someone else.
If you therefore cancel after the deadline December 3rd at 12:00 CET or do not arrive on the day, you will subsequently receive a charge of 450 DKK.
Should you be prevented, you are always welcome to send a colleague in your place and thereby avoid paying a no-show fee. (Your colleague just needs to pick up your name tag upon arrival at the event)
