Employee Experience

Looking at the factors that drive engagement in the work place.

NOCA’s Advisory Board ‘Employee Experience’ focuses on creating the right work environment for the people in the organization. We look at the factors that drive engagement such as the employer/employee relation and the well-being agenda.

It’s about looking at the employer brand, both current and aspirational, and working with people in order to shape the factors which most strongly influence it.

It involves understanding the role that trust plays in the employment relationship and making sure people are listened to and have a voice in the issues that impact them.

Additionally, a good employee experience will also create value for stakeholders across the organization as it can increase retention-rates and spike motivation, which in turn feeds productivity.
