Unlocking the Power of People Analytics

Embracing People Analytics empowers HR professionals and top management to base their decisions on data that directly impacts both the strategic success and financial performance of their organization. This is precisely why numerous companies are investing in enhancing their proficiency in People Analytics. The future belongs to those who anticipate change. People Analytics provides you with the foresight to align your human capital strategies with your organization’s goals, making you agile and future-ready.

Watch the videos from this People Analytics Day where we delved into the transformative potential of harnessing data to shape the future of your organization. Here is some of the questions we investigated on the conference:

  • Building Trust, Extracting Genuine Value, and Embracing Innovation – Pete Jaworski, A.P. Møller Maersk
  • Workforce Analytics for Impact: Overcoming challenges in building HR analytics functions and harnessing the true power of your workforce data. Prepare to challenge the status quo as we chart a course towards impactful analytics! – Dana Minbaeva, King’s College

  • What are the typical struggles of evidence-based HR?

  • What can we – in all parts of HR – do to improve evidence-based decisions?

  • How to apply People Analytics both strategically and in day-to-day decisions

People Analytics Day is an opportunity to connect with thought leaders, experts, and practitioners who are shaping the future of work through data-driven insights. Together, we will unlock the potential of your most valuable asset – your people.
